Kaptohmat Classic

Kaptohmat Classic is a private EverQuest emulator server locked to the Classic and Ruins of Kunark eras. No Planes of Power. No Bazaar. No hand-holding. Just Norrath as it was — dangerous, unforgiving, and unforgettable.

Corpse runs are real. Experience is earned. Every level matters.

Kaptohmat Classic requires the EverQuest Titanium Edition client. This is the only supported client version.

1. Install the Titanium client to your preferred directory.
2. Navigate to your EverQuest install folder and open (or create) the file eqhost.txt
3. Replace the contents with the following:
   [LoginServer]
   Host=eq.kaptohmat.com:5998
4. Create a shortcut to eqgame.exe and add patchme to the target line:
   
   "C:\EverQuest\eqgame.exe" patchme
5. Launch using the shortcut. At the login screen, enter any username and password — your account will be created automatically on first login.
6. For classic character models, click Options at the login screen and select the old models under the Display tab.
