Current work: the Qeynos cities

North Qeynos + South Qeynos → documented acceptance → Qeynos Hills. The Hills audit stays queued until both cities pass.

Acceptance requires both the Classic-era server/database and the native Rust client, tested together in actual gameplay. Original Classic EverQuest is the target; original Titanium assets/protocol and dated P99 references provide evidence, not permission to include later-era content. Kunark and Velious stay locked until progression is deliberately enabled. Velious is the permanent ceiling: post-Velious content is excluded and may be removed after dependency review and backup.

WORLD RESTORATION / WORK IN PROGRESS

One zone at a time.

The road back to classic Norrath. Every zone, every remaining check, and the evidence behind what’s finished.

The ledger now tracks verified subchecks inside open categories; no whole-zone completion is implied.

How progress is measured Verified work, not an estimated fidelity score

Checks are read-only evidence records. An unchecked item may mean “needs review,” not “confirmed broken.” Every zone has a server, client and final-playtest checklist; discoveries are added as audits proceed. A 100% checklist needs a documented final playtest and is not a promise that unknown defects cannot exist.
