Find Diggins located at 658, 304, -53 in the mining tunnels just outside the Kaladim bank. He does, on occasion, wander up to the bank.

This quest is the 2nd step after completing the Runnyeye Warbeads (Kaladim Rogue) quest~

Diggins says, 'We shall add these to the stash. Here is your reward, as promised. Be happy with it and continue your work. Maybe soon you shall be able to [earn a parrying pick].

You say, 'I want to earn a parrying pick'

Diggins says, 'Seek Mater and tell him you are ready.'

(I think this quest dialogue is incorrect. He is responding for the 3rd quest for a Miner's Pick. Instead just ask him about doing a great favor)

You say, 'What great favor?'

Diggins, 'Well, if you think you are up to it...there is unfortunate business of the Dunfires of the Butcherblock Bandits. Giving honest rogues a bad name they be. Return their tongues and be rewarded!'

Go loot 4 different bandit tongues that are No Drop. Three of them Barma Dunfire, Crytil Dunfire and Keldyn Dunfire are from the bandit camp in Butcherblock Mountains located at 280, 1648 (10 on the Map) not far from the three Goblin Warrior camp.

This is rather bothersome as your options are either hoping to get an orc slaver to drop the correct Slave Keys its 1 out 7 and they are not a guaranteed drop. OR if you kill a slave you will take some bad faction hits. Better off having an evil friend or alt kill the slave PH for you.''

You receive Parrying Pick 628 !
