Talk to either Shakrn Meadowgreen (160, -2217) or Ulan Meadowgreen (126, -2177) in Southern Karana.

For each armor piece you'll need to collect the following items.

• Goblin Frost Totem (Permafrost - a Goblin Patriarch (lvl 27-33 mob))

• Aviak Charm (Southern Karana - Aviak avocet (lvl 28-30 mob))

• Ruby
• Goblin Fire Totem (Solusek's Eye (A) - Fire goblin shaman Lvl 24, inferno goblin shaman Lvl 28)

Ulan Meadowgreen

• Ruby (3)
• Werewolf Talon (Mistmoore - A gypsy musician, Western Karana - A Werewolf (lvl 28-31 mobs))

• Sapphire
• Bunch of Optic Nerves (Gorge of King Xorbb and Lower Guk - an evil eye (level 17-18 mob))

• Dark Circlet (Najena - Trazdon (lvl 25 mob))
