He needs an Ingot and Icon of Sacrament and two Magnetized Platinum Bars. (give enchanted platinum to Ostorm for this).
The Icon of Sacrament is a ground spawn found in the jail in Mistmoore Castle (-68, 280)
The Ingot of Sacrament is dropped by a Giant Skeleton in the ruins in (#24 on map) Rathe Mountains (-600, -1600). This skeleton is a darker color than the ones that normally spawn at the ruins. No faction hits.
Need all dialogues, /loc of quest mobs, current faction hits if any.
