Kartonath native Rust client - 20260930-246000

This release restores original vertex RGB and lighting-alpha data in 99 zones.
The old export clipped intermediate color values. Original source archives were
re-exported; triangle geometry, normals, UVs, collision and existing texture/material
repairs were preserved. 16,601,791 runtime triangles and 4851 floor/water samples
were checked. Original Surefall brightness is reproduced within the recorded
scalar tolerance on Linux and Windows/Wine. This is not complete client parity.

110023 manifest-listed asset files. Old asset buffers remain for recovery.
No server database, era gate, firewall, spectator or automatic-updater changes.

Known open acceptance: exact original camera/pixel comparisons, broader live
zone gameplay, remaining player systems, physical GPU/input and Windows audio.
See https://eq.kaptohmat.com/client-modernization.html for evidence and the
full layer plan. Test totals and this asset repair are not a parity percentage.

LINUX
Extract the full package into a NEW folder and run ./run-kartonath.sh.
Use ./install-linux-deps.sh if runtime libraries are missing. Modern Ubuntu
uses libasound2t64 where libasound2 is only a virtual package.

The smaller lighting patch requires an unmodified Linux 20260930-245000
installation. Close the game, extract the patch separately and run:
  ./apply-update.sh /path/to/eq-client
Run as your normal user, not sudo. It checks the base executable, manifest
and all prior assets before changing anything. Settings/login configuration
are preserved. Replaced assets and release files are saved in a private
.controls-backup-* directory. On a detected installation failure it attempts
recovery and prints the backup location; do not run the client if recovery
fails. Keep the backup until you have verified the update. An abrupt power
loss may still require restoring that backup manually.
