Kartonath native Rust client - 20261001-258000

Corrected original ambient metadata: the old extractor read the night fade
field as a distance multiplier.200 metadata files now use Titanium's loader
offsets68/72 for day/night fades and76/80 for day/night multipliers.
3795 rows have corrected multiplier metadata;1848 nonzero fade values are
restored (1847 parser-accepted variants; one Halas record has no sound name).
Continuous source tails fade in source-volume space, before positional mixing.
Re-entry starts a new voice without resetting the outgoing tail. Flat one-shots
are no longer cut off merely for leaving their activation radius.

9504 original-provider cases:9408 finite gain comparisons within1e-6;
96 original invalid-gain cases safely clamped.32 focused audio tests pass.
576 library / 605 all-target tests pass;
82 opt-in tests are ignored by default. The explicit
6365-row original-record check passed.110023 assets verified; only200 metadata
files replaced. All earlier release assets remain unchanged.

Both builds passed ordinary North Qeynos login, rendered-world and confirmed
camp smoke checks. The QA host has no working audio output; this is not
physical listening acceptance. Windows was checked under Wine/software Vulkan.
Type3 randomized placement, negative regions, original source/bus volume routing,
reverb, Doppler, music and physical hardware acceptance remain open.
Modern master/ambient sliders remain an outer linear gain bus.
No live spectator, services, networking, updater or server data changed.
Full Titanium parity remains unfinished.

LINUX
Extract a full download into a NEW folder and run ./run-kartonath.sh.
Modern Ubuntu uses libasound2t64 through the dependency helper.
The patch requires unmodified 20261001-257000. Close the client, extract
the patch separately and run as your normal user:
  ./apply-update.sh /path/to/eq-client
Settings and recovery copies are preserved. Keep backups. Detected failures
attempt rollback; abrupt power loss may require manual recovery.
