KARTONATH NATIVE RUST CLIENT — LINUX X86-64 ALPHA
Build 20260930-244000 — manual crafting containers and visible world stations

Original ground-object models now render, including the Surefall Glade forge.
Click the visible station to open its server-owned ten-slot container. The
existing /pickup command selects only a nearby model that is actually loaded.
Missing original models are logged, not replaced with invented artwork.

Manual Combine is available on actual carried crafting containers and world
stations. Empty containers, stacked ingredients, an occupied cursor, and
original race/class restrictions are checked before sending. Results, skill
gains, consumption and returns remain server-owned. Closing a world station
waits for the server to return remaining items. Duplicate requests are blocked.
Banked containers must be carried before combining.

Verified live: original Titanium forge empty/stack guards and item return;
Rust forge model selection, empty/stack guards, invalid-recipe acknowledgement,
ingredient preservation and closing/return. Synthetic layouts cover four sizes.
Successful recipes, skill gains, populated carried kits and recipe-search UI
are not yet accepted. Full Titanium parity is NOT complete.

Linux installation: extract the full archive into a new directory on your data
drive, run ./install-linux-deps.sh if needed, then ./run-kartonath.sh. Ubuntu
systems using time64 libraries need libasound2t64; the helper checks availability.
Do not run the game as root. Keep the complete assets directory with the client.

Patch base: unmodified Linux 20260930-243000. Close the game and run
./apply-update.sh /path/to/eq-client without sudo. Settings/assets are preserved;
older or modified versions need a fresh full download. No automatic updater,
spectator-service, server-database, firewall or era-gate changes are included.

Windows binaries are separately packaged. Wine tests are not native Windows
hardware acceptance. Hardware performance and outside-network checks remain open.
